Cancellation Policy

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We rely on student attendance in order for these workshops to run so we must adhere to the following policies for all students.

If for any reason you need to withdraw and are unable to attend a workshop, you shall not be entitled to any refund, credit or transfer of any deposits, workshop fees or other associated costs, unless specifically stated otherwise herein. Please notify Outdoor Photo Journey as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend.

If you are able to find someone else to take your spot, you can transfer your place to the new participant. Outdoor Photo Journey will refund you minus a $200.00 administration fee.

No refund will be made for withdrawal after any workshop begins. Outdoor Photo Journey is not responsible for cancellations or withdrawals due to medical emergencies. Please ensure you have trip cancellation insurance for such circumstances. There are no exceptions to our Cancellation Policy.

OUTDOOR PHOTO JOURNEY CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled by Outdoor Photo Journey, all fees will be refunded in full. In the event of a workshop cancellation, Outdoor Photo Journey is not responsible for reimbursement of any travel, lodging, equipment rental, or any other related expenses.

We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to cover any non-refundable registration fees, travel, lodging, equipment rental, or any other related expenses.
